Refund policy
We offer a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days from the date you receive your item to request a return.
Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return:
- The item must be in the same condition as received
- Unused, unworn, and unwashed
- In its original packaging
- With proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt)
How to Start a Return
To initiate a return, please contact us at diversedepotofficial@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return.
If your return request is approved, we will provide you with instructions on how and where to send the item.
Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.
Note: As a white-label store, return shipping costs are borne by the customer unless the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order upon delivery.
If you receive a damaged, defective, or wrong item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery at diversedepotofficial@gmail.com with clear photos or videos. We will evaluate the issue and arrange a replacement or refund where applicable.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return:
- Personal care & beauty products (for hygiene reasons)
- Items marked as final sale
- Gift cards
- Items damaged due to misuse, negligence, or improper handling

Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges.
The fastest way to get a different item is to return the original product (if eligible) and place a new order separately.
Refunds
Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved:
- Refunds will be processed to your original payment method
- Please allow 7–10 business days for the refund to reflect, depending on your bank or payment provider
