  • Other cities & remote areas: 3–6 business days

Shipping Charges

Note: Cash on Delivery (COD) orders may include a small COD handling fee, which will be shown at checkout if applicable.

Once your order is dispatched, you may receive a tracking number or courier update via SMS or email, depending on the courier service used.

We offer Cash on Delivery (COD) across Pakistan.

Please ensure that:

  • The provided address and phone number are correct
  • Someone is available to receive and pay for the order at the delivery address

Unsuccessful delivery attempts due to incorrect details or unavailability may result in order cancellation.

Damaged or Lost Shipments

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at diversedepotofficial@gmail.com with clear photos or videos.

If a shipment is confirmed lost in transit, we will arrange a replacement or refund as per our Refund Policy.

Incorrect Address or Failed Delivery

We are not responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by:

  • Customer unavailability at delivery
